The solutions offered by Aunergy, in the field of simulation, control and operation of solar thermal technologies, can be classified in:

• Control and operation software for the different CSP technologies: central receiver, parabolic trough, solar furnace, solar water desalination...
• Real-time simulators for operators' training in commercial plants.
• Formation and consulting on control and operation of solar thermal plants for the future plant's operators. The formation tasks are supported by the simulators developed by Aunergy for the solar thermal plants.

The commercialized software solutions are adapted to the existing computer and electronic technologies in solar thermal plants, with independence of the hardware and software used by the client: from complex systems of business management down to integration with field devices. This flexibility allows the products of AUNERGY to be adapted to any previously existing computer solution, re-using the whole hardware environment already acquired by the client.

All the products have been tested and validated in the corresponding facilities at the Solar Platform of Almeria.

AUNERGY's know-how applies to all the current concentrated solar power (CSP) technologies:

• Central receiver.
• Parabolic trough, using oil (single-phase) as heat transfer fluid as well as water-steam (bi-phase).
• Parabolic Stirling dishes
• Fresnel systems

as well as other technologies which are still in research stage:

• Solar furnace
